Download updates to 2012 TAX/PACK W2/1099.  This is the 2012 Update which contains the 2012 Forms 940, 941, 943, 944, Schedule H, and the W-2 and 1099 forms. The 2013 Form 941 will be available as soon as the IRS finalizes the Form 941 for 2013.   Also included is the update for creating the EFW2 file for Electronic filing of W-2 forms using the Social Security Administration (SSA) AccuWage software.

The version below requires new Install Keys.  Please call 1-800-525-1040 if you have any questions about the 2012 tax year updates or you need the 2012 Install Code.  We recommend you call for your Install Key before downloading this update. This update contains the 2012 W-2, 1099, 940, 941, Schedule H, 943, 944, etc laser files.

Save the updates to a blank floppy diskette and use the UPDATE feature at the main menu. If you have any problem please call 1-800-525-1040!  Right-Click on the  Check Box  and select "Save Target As .." to download the appropriate update.  We recommend that you download the Windows Install update version to your DeskTop. 

CAUTION:  Please use the "Advanced Options Installation" button and check that the "Common Files Folder" is set to C:\WLASER12.  Then use the "Proceed" button.

The version below requires new Install Key which has been mailed to you with your Paid Invoice.

►    The 12/28/2011 Version has changes to the W-2 Reports program. 4th Quarter dates not defaulting properly.

►    The 1/2/2013 Version was changed to use the 6.2% Social Security percentage to compute newly entered W-2 transactions.

►    The 1/21/2013 Version was changed to use 0.006 instead of 0.003 in Ohio for Form 940 Schedule A.

►    The 1/24/2013 Form 943-V not printing when Balance Due.

►    The 4/8/2013 Employer's Quarterly Tax Return, Form 941, for 2013 added.
