Priced at $149.95 (plus $10.00 s/h), it includes more than 36,000 Nelco© laser form files that can be accessed using Alpine Data’s VIEW program, also on the CD. Both a Windows VIEW program (95/98/NT/2000) and an MS-DOS VIEW program (Windows 3.1© and MS/PC-DOS) are included on the CD-ROM. They require a VGA (or better) monitor and a PCL-3 (HP LaserJet II or better) compatible laser printer . Using PCL-3 compatible laser form files results in very fast printing, much faster than with other form programs that use bit-map (.BMP) files. Easy Access to Thousands of Forms Forms are accessed by type and year through a comprehensive descriptive database. Form sets for Federal 1040, 1041, 1065, 1066, 1120, 1120L, 1120S, 1120PC, 1120POL, 1120DISC, 1120REIT, 1120RIC, 4461, 5300, 5471, 5500, 706, 990, 990PF, W-2 (plus associated employment-related forms), 1099 and others are on the disc. Also included are all state forms for the same range of tax years. Forms may be viewed, filled-in, printed and saved for later retrieval. Groups of forms may be associated with specific clients and later recalled and printed as a single grouping.
