Limits to our tech support? We routinely work with our
users planning hardware upgrades. We have sent them out to buy recovery utilities so we
could get them through disk crashes in the middle of tax season, assisted them through
upgrades, even fielded calls for advice while they are at a computer store for a new
printer. Every year, we help many users move data from old to new computers. All this on
our toll-free tech support lines! Our financial types would like to set limits, but we
dont pay a lot of attention to them - our users come first!
Our phone lines are all answered by real people. Once
you dial our 800 number we promise you wont get lost in a voice mail forest - we
dont have one. We add people, not machinery as we grow.
