Download the Windows  2008 AssetPak  Fixed Asset Manager

Download update to the 2008  Windows AssetPak.  Right-Click on the  Check Box  and select "Save Target As .." to download the appropriate update.  We recommend that you download the A08Setup.exe Setup program to your Desktop and after you have run the setup program and AssetPak is installed on your computer you can Delete the A08Setup.exe install program on your Desktop.

Download updates to 2008 TAX/PACK W2/1099.  This is the 2008 Update which contains the 2008 Forms 940, 941, 943, 944, and W-2 and 1099 forms. The Form 940 has been revised and the IRS no longer supports the Form 940-EZ. The 2009 Form 941 will be available as soon as the IRS finalizes the Form 941 for 2009.   Also included is the update for creating the EFW2 file for Electronic filing of W-2 forms using the Social Security Administration (SSA) AccuWage software.

The version below requires new Install Keys.  Please call 1-800-525-1040 if you have any questions about the 2008 tax year updates or you need the 2008 Install Code. We recommend you call for your Install Key before downloading this 4th Quarter Update. This update contains the 2008 W-2, 1099, 940, 941, Schedule H, 943, 944, etc laser files.

Save the updates to a blank floppy diskette and use the UPDATE feature at the main menu.     The 1/28/2008 Version has a correction for Importing 1099 information from Spreadsheets.

    The 3/26/2008 Version has the new 2008 Form 941's.

    The 4/25/2008 Version added a special field for Georgia (GA) Electronic W-2 Reporting.

    The 5/23/2008 Version added additional features for calculating W-2 transactions.
